Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM across Delhi NCR.
What areas do you deliver to? ▾
We deliver across all of Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
What are the delivery charges? ▾
Delivery charge is ₹0 for all orders.
How do I track my order? ▾
Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via SMS. You can also track from the My Orders section in your account.
Can I modify my order after placing it? ▾
Modifications are allowed up to 2 hours after placing the order, provided it hasn't been prepared yet.
How do I order a custom cake? ▾
Use our Custom Cake Order form — share your occasion, size, flavour and design. We'll confirm and quote within 2 hours.
How much advance notice do custom cakes need? ▾
Cream cakes: same day if ordered before 10am. Designer/fondant: 24–48 hrs. Wedding/multi-tier: 3–5 days minimum.
Do you offer eggless cakes? ▾
Yes! All cakes are available eggless. A small premium of ₹50 applies due to specialised ingredients.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
All major methods via Razorpay — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery.
Is it safe to pay online? ▾
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store card details.
Can I cancel my order? ▾
Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery. Custom cakes: only more than 24 hours before delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged? ▾
Take a photo and contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours.
